Fall 2024 Virtual Retail Buying Event - Vendor Registration

Thank you for participating in the Fall 2024 Virtual Retail Booking Program. To confirm your organization's participation, the following information must be filled out completely and as accurately as possible. The PRIMARY CONTACT will receive all communication from AAH regarding event participation and will be responsible for managing and coordinating your company's engagement.

Billing Information

The PRIMARY BILLING CONTACT listed below will receive all invoices associated with any fees regarding engagement with the booking program. If the PRIMARY BILLING CONTACT listed SHOULD NOT receive certain invoices and reporting, such as those regarding reimbursement notes, purchasing discounts, programs, promotions, rebates, etc., please provide that information when prompted.

 

Please include any specific billing notes. This may include requests to split invoices, remit-to preferences, etc.

Product & Program Information

The AAH Product Registration form was attached to the RSVP email sent to vendor partners. That form contains a current AAH open stock list for review and will be how vendor partners communicate which products, programs, rebates, etc. will be offered as part of this virtual booking program. This file must be completed and uploaded to confirm engagement. Submissions without this form will be considered incomplete.

You may also submit associated information for programs, such as price lists, PDF documents, Word documents, and image files. Additional material will be for ancillary purposes only; AAH will not accept information or fill out portions of the Product Registration form from other documents.

Pricing and booking form creation will start on July 15, 2024 once we have individually confirmed details with participating vendor partners.

AAH will accept changes through August 9, 2024. Please note that late submissions or changes will affect timeline and if vendor partners receive their booking form ahead of launch for review.

Final Confirmation

AAH respects and values all our vendor partners. To create the best possible experience for your organization, as well as our customers, we request a nominal $500 participation fee as part of your registration.
