Billing Information

The Event Billing Contact is the person responsible for receiving and satisfying any and all invoices sent from Armor Animal Health associated with event participation and sponsorship fees. The Product Billing Contact is the person responsible for receiving and satisfying any and all invoices from Armor Animal Health associated with promotional offer reimbursements, bill-backs, etc.

Attendance Information

This section is specifically to confirm names and titles of people physically representing your company at the booth on the show floor during the event so we can accurately prepare vendor attendee materials, including name tags, and meal counts. Two attendees are included in the standard participation cost. Additional attendees are welcome, but will incur an additional $200 charge per attendee.

Event Participation & Sponsorship Opportunities

Please select the participation and sponsorship opportunities your company would like to engage with for the event. Standard Booth includes (1) full 8'x10' booth for (2) attendees with (1) skirted table and (2) chairs. Standard Booths also include electricity, if requested, print and digital customer order forms, program management, inclusion in exhibiting vendor listing, event reporting, and customer giveaway sponsorship. Additional booth space, attendees, and sponsorship activities incur their own respective costs above and beyond the standard booth fee. AAH will discuss these with interested parties separately.

Requests for access to electricity and additional furniture must be made at registration; we cannot guarantee these if requested at time of event set-up. Requests at event set-up may incur additional fees by the venue and will be the vendor partner's responsibility to satisfy.

Acknowledgements

By electronically submitting this form, vendor partners acknowledge that all information submitted on behalf of their organization and/or manufacturers represented is accurate. AAH has permission to invoice the stated Event Billing contact for total show fees as noted through form selections. It is the signee's responsibility to provide specific information to AAH by established due dates and to notify AAH in advance if they are unable to do so. AAH reserves the right to remove vendor partners from participation for excessive tardiness in providing requested deliverables.

Additional Information

AAH recognizes that vendor partners may need additional time to confirm price lists, program details, promotional offers, and other pieces critical to their participation. AAH asks vendor partners to communicate estimated timelines with AAH Marketing so the team may assist as needed. Vendor partners who are non-responsive to email and phone communication for longer than two weeks without prior notice may have their participation revoked. This is in the interest of providing the best event experience to AAH staff and customers.
